Our vision was to create an elevated and modern dining experience for not only the Milford community, but aspire to be a food destination regionally. We have put together an experienced team of chefs, bartenders, and sommeliers to create the Nautilus experience that you won't find anywhere else in Milford. It's our mission to provide great food, drinks and service to the community while giving them an experience and ambience like no other. Our menu consists of a diverse variety of appetizers, soups and salads, handhelds and wraps, entrees and New Haven style Apizza! We have a unique specialty cocktail list consisting of trendy drinks created by our mixologists. And not to mention our extraordinary selection of wines put together by our very own sommelier. We love to give back to the community and even offer a discount on all food to hometown heroes including, veterans, active military, healthcare workers, EMTs, Firefighters and Police. Collaborating with other local businesses and hosting events is another focus we will have to show our support in the community.
